At PBS Wizard, we provide expert Preferential Bidding System (PBS) support tailored specifically for airline crew members using NavBlue software. Whether you're just starting your career or have years of seniority, we guide you in building smarter, more effective bids with clarity and purpose.
Our mission is to enhance your quality of life by crafting bids that align with your goals—whether that means optimizing commute time, or you live in base and would like more efficient trips.
We use advanced techniques like stacking workdays , applying Else Start and Clear Schedule commands, multi-tiered bids for junior pilots, cherry picking individual pairings by date and ordered for senior bidders, and making the most of what your seniority can hold. Every pilot receives dedicated, one-on-one support—because your time and your schedule matter.
At PBS Wizard, we bring over a decade of experience helping airline crew members—both pilots and flight attendants—navigate the complexities of PBS bidding.
My journey started at the regional airlines in 2013, where I was directly involved in the transition from line bidding to PBS. As part of the union’s Pilot-to-Pilot mentoring program, I fielded questions and supported fellow aviators through the change.
In 2017, I joined Spirit Airlines, where I once again played a key role in the rollout of PBS. Representing the union, I participated in PBS roadshows, helping pilots understand, configure, and optimize their bids.
To date, I’ve completed over 5,000 bids across four major airlines, combining firsthand operational insight with strategic bidding knowledge to help crew members get the best schedules their seniority can hold.
"I really don’t have the time to learn a new process and Andrew has been a blessing"
"Andrew has done my bid for over 7 years and I always have trusted him"
"My habibi always gets what I can hold and sometimes even more"
"Andrew and I were sim partners and since then I have always used him for my bids"
