PBS Wizard

1. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years of age and currently employed by an airline with access to a NAVBLUE PBS system to use our services.

2. Services

PBS Wizard provides remote, personalized Preferential Bidding System support for airline pilots and flight attendants using NAVBLUE software. We collaborate with each client to create bid strategies aligned with their goals and lifestyle preferences.

3. Payment

• $60 per bid.
• No contracts or subscription required.
• Payment is due upon bid submission and confirmation.
• Payment is accepted through Venmo, PayPal, and Zelle.

4. Confidentiality

PBS Wizard works directly with clients during the bid process while maintaining confidentiality. Do not send passwords or login credentials by email or through this website. Clients remain responsible for complying with their airline’s security and access policies.

5. Disclaimer

PBS Wizard does not control final bid outcomes. Schedule assignments are determined by the airline’s scheduling system. Results vary based on seniority, staffing, system behavior, available pairings, and bid-window conditions.

6. Intellectual Property

Materials, graphics, and bid-strategy content created by PBS Wizard may not be duplicated, resold, or redistributed without written permission.

7. Prohibited Use

You may not use the service for unlawful activity, violate airline policy, share login credentials, enable unauthorized access, or use bots, scraping tools, or extraction utilities in connection with the service.

8. Limitation of Liability

PBS Wizard is not liable for missed bids, schedule dissatisfaction, or errors caused by third parties. Total liability is limited to the amount paid for the specific service.

9. Termination

PBS Wizard may refuse or discontinue service for inappropriate conduct, policy violations, or misuse.

10. Changes

These terms may be updated periodically. Continued use constitutes acceptance of updated terms.
