Your goals lead the bid

Each crewmember’s definition of quality of life will vary. Whether you want more time off, an easier commute, or more desirable trips, I build your bid around the schedule that works best for you.

Frequently asked questions

Everything you need to know before starting your bid.

When should I contact you?

As early in the bid window as possible. This gives us enough time to discuss your priorities, build the strategy, and make changes before bids close.

What information do you need from me?

I’ll need your bid preferences, schedule goals, restrictions, seniority information, and any specific pairings, days, trips, or transitions you want to hold or avoid.

Do you work with both pilots and flight attendants?

Yes. I work one-on-one with both pilots and flight attendants who use NAVBLUE PBS.

How do we communicate during the process?

We can work through email, text, or a phone call—whichever is most convenient for you.

Will you submit the bid for me?

Yes, but nothing is submitted until you have reviewed the completed bid and approved the strategy.

What if I want to make changes?

We’ll make any needed adjustments together before submission. The goal is for the final bid to accurately reflect your priorities.

Do I need a contract or subscription?

No. The service is $60 per bid with no subscription or long-term commitment. Payment is due after your bid has been submitted.
